There is a very high demand for places at our nursery and consequently we require the first month's fees along with a deposit if you are paying by cheque or cash before your child can be accepted. If you are paying by standing order we only require the deposit.
The deposit will be offset against the final month's fees at the time of leaving. However, should you cancel your child's place before the agreed start date then this deposit will NOT be refunded. The current level of deposit is £50.00
Fees are paid in advance by standing order on the first day of each month. We accept childcare vouchers from various employer schemes, including Busy Bees, Accor, Care4, Imagine and Sodexo. We also accept payment from Social Services, Care To Learn, and colleges.
All fees must be paid by the due date, a late payment surcharge of £25 will be incurred for late payment.
The nursery reserves the right to withdraw a placement until payment is received. Any outstanding fees, charges and notice in lieu not received by the 28th of the month will be automatically forwarded to our debt collection agency.
If your child is absent from the nursery due to family holidays, sickness or any other reason then full payment is still required and no refunds can be given.
Fees are due in advance and for the duration of any holidays.
Payment will be required in full for Bank holidays and statutory holidays. The nursery will be closed between Christmas Day and New Year's Day for which you will not be charged.
One month's notice or one month's fees in lieu is required in writing should you decide to leave the nursery for any reason. You will be required to do the same should you decide to reduce the number of days/sessions your child attends. Two months written notice is required if you have two children at nursery.
There will be an annual review of fees in July and you will be notified of any changes which will take effect from the beginning of September.
